SEO that compounds — rank for the questions your customers actually ask.

Technical foundation, entity-clear content, and earned links, run as one program on one weekly trend read. We optimize for non-brand discovery and assisted revenue, not vanity rankings.

What SEO actually involves.

  1. Technical SEOCrawlability, indexation, canonicals, redirects, and Core Web Vitals — LCP under 2.5s, INP under 200ms, CLS under 0.1 at the 75th percentile of real-user data. We read what Googlebot actually did from your server logs, not a guess.
  2. Keyword and entity researchWe map the questions your customers type and the entities Google associates with your category to specific URLs, so content builds topical authority instead of chasing isolated keywords.
  3. On-page and contentTitles, headings, and pages matched to the intent behind the query — plus refreshing pages that have equity but stale substance, and pruning dead weight that drags the whole domain's helpfulness down.
  4. Architecture and internal linkingImportant pages within a few clicks of the homepage, grouped into topic clusters and linked so authority flows to the pages that need to rank. One of the few levers entirely in our control.
  5. Digital PR and link buildingEditorial links earned through original data and expert commentary — never bought, never PBNs. One authoritative news link outweighs hundreds of directory links, and it is the only kind that lasts.
  6. AI-search readinessContent structured to be cited by Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity. Google calls optimizing for AI features "still SEO" — so it runs inside the same program. (The deep version lives on the AI search page.)

We map your topics onto the questions customers actually ask

We shape your site so its topics and entities map cleanly onto the questions customers actually ask - so search engines understand you and rank you for non-brand queries.

How the work goes.

  1. Fix the foundation before you publish.

There is no point ranking content on a site Google cannot crawl, render, or trust. Technical eligibility comes first; content and links compound on top of it.

  2. Target the entity, not just the keyword.

Modern ranking rewards comprehensive, cohesive coverage of a topic. We build topical authority across a cluster, not one page against one keyword.

  3. Earn authority — never fake it.

White-hat only. We earn links through work worth citing, and we will name the tactics we refuse to touch — paid links, PBNs, and AI-scaled thin pages that risk a penalty on your own domain.

  4. Measure non-brand discovery, not vanity rankings.

Branded traffic reflects demand other channels built. Non-brand clicks and assisted conversions are the honest measure of what SEO actually earned — that is what we report on.

Every question your customer asks should have a page that answers it

Every question your customer asks should have a page that answers it. We map coverage and fill the gaps.

What physically lands in your inbox.

Technical SEO audit
A prioritized issue log — crawl and indexation state, canonical and redirect map, Core Web Vitals, rendering — with an owner and effort against each item.
Keyword and entity map
Every target keyword and entity assigned to a specific URL, with intent labels, priority tiers, and the pillar-and-cluster model.
Content calendar and briefs
A publishing schedule against the topic map, and a research-backed brief per piece: target query, intent, entities to cover, SERP format to match, and internal links to place.
Digital-PR and link plan
The data assets and target publications, plus a link-acquisition log — every referring domain earned, its authority, the page it points to, and the anchor.
Monthly report
Non-brand clicks and impressions, rankings for mapped keywords, organic and assisted conversions, links earned, and AI-feature impressions — all against your month-one baseline.

Questions buyers ask.

How long until I see results?
Typically four to six months for meaningful non-brand traffic, and six to twelve in competitive markets or on newer domains. Month one to two is foundational work with little ranking movement by design. Google's own guidance — from a 2017 "how to hire an SEO" video — has long said four months to a year. The reason is structural: independent data (Ahrefs) shows only about 1.7% of newly published pages reach the top ten within a year, and roughly 73% of top-ten pages are more than three years old.
Do we own the content and links if we stop working together?
You own the content published on your site once it is paid for — insist on a work-for-hire clause, and keep your domain, hosting, and Google accounts in your own name. Backlinks are different: nobody "owns" a third-party link, because the publisher controls it. We hand over the full outreach, anchor, and placement records so you keep the paper trail.
What access do you need from us?
Google Search Console, GA4, your CMS (or a staging path), and Google Business Profile for local work — plus developer time to ship the technical fixes and someone to approve published content. Everything lives on accounts you own; we work with access you can revoke at any time.
Can you guarantee a number-one ranking?
No — and be wary of anyone who does. Google states plainly that no one can guarantee a number-one ranking, and guarantees usually rely on tactics that risk a penalty. What we guarantee is the quality and rigor of the process, white-hat execution, and transparent reporting against a baseline.
What happens to my rankings if we pause?
They do not vanish overnight, but they erode. Competitors keep publishing and earning links, Google keeps updating, content goes stale, and technical debt accumulates — so positions slide over months. SEO is a compounding asset that needs maintenance, which is exactly what makes it worth more than rented traffic over time.
How is this different from paying for ads?
Ads are rented traffic — it stops the moment you stop paying. SEO builds an owned, compounding asset: the work we do in month one keeps paying off in month twenty-four, and it lowers your dependence on paid over time. Ads win on speed; SEO wins on durability. Most businesses run both, and we will tell you honestly which to lead with.
Does AI search kill SEO — and do we need special schema for it?
No on both counts. Google itself says optimizing for AI features is "still SEO," and that there is no special structured data you need to add to appear in AI Overviews or AI Mode. What changes is measurement: more searches end without a click, and citations sometimes come from pages outside the top ten. The work that earns AI visibility — genuinely helpful content, technical eligibility, and real authority — is the same work that ranks.
